Elite Wrestling Camp

Western Wrestling Club will be hosting Elite Wrestling Camp on June 21st - June 23rd. We are excited to welcome three Division 1 wrestlers from Southern Illinois University, including Western Wrestling's very own Hayden Shepherd, to Western High School for this 3 day / 5 session technique and skills training camp! Participants will learn numerous different takedowns, finishes, takedown defenses, turns from top and more! This will be an excellent opportunity for your wrestler to learn some new techniques and have some fun this summer. Registration fee is $75 per wrestler for all 5 sessions. Each session is limited to 60 registrations so don't delay! You will find the link to register on the website. Go to the home page and click on "Registration Info" and "Available Programs."

The camp schedule is as follows:

Friday, June 21st

5:30pm - 7:00pm (K-5)
7:15pm - 8:45pm (6-12)

Saturday, June 22nd

9:00am - 10:30am (K-5)
10:45am - 12:15pm (6-12)
1:30pm - 3:00pm (K-5)
3:15pm - 4:45pm (6-12)

Sunday, June 23rd

9:00am - 10:30am (K-5)
10:45am - 12:15pm (6-12)
1:30pm - 3:00pm (K-5)
3:15pm - 4:45pm (6-12)

Wrestlers will be required to bring wrestling shoes and head gear. Please bring a mouthpiece if your wrestlers have braces. For any additional questions about the camp or the registration process, please reach out via email to [email protected].
